Dominique is one of the most sought-after Sports Performance Specialists on the East Coast. Known as "ChampTime" or the "Performance Maniac", Dominique is passionate about changing lives through health and wellness. He has been featured in numerous media outlets, spreading health awareness throughout the community. 

 

Originally from Washington D.C., Dominique has been involved with sports performance for over 15 years. He ran track-and-field throughout college and competed in amateur boxing in his adolescent years. He has over eight years of training experience in a corporate gym setting, four years in a managerial role, and possesses education from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

 

In August 2015, Dominique founded ChampTime Fitness, a sports performance company geared to providing inner-city youth with high-quality sports training to increase their chances of college admittance by way of athletic scholarship. He created a program, DC Elite Champs geared towards providing training to student-athletes displaying excellence in the classroom and their respective sports. He also completed a 12-city National Fitness Tour hosting proprietary group exercise classes entitled, "ChampCamp" all over the nation. 

 

Dominique’s style of proper, personalized, progressive training has landed him numerous coaching and training positions, one notably being the Head Boxing Coach for the University of Maryland, College Park for the 2014-2015 season. Other positions include a variety of nationally ranked AAU basketball teams, professional boxers, All-Met DC Football Youth, All-American track-and-field sprinters, & general population clients. 

 

One of Dominique’s favorite quotes to live by is “to be #1 train like your #2.” When he isn’t coaching, he likes to study boxing, spend time with family, and volunteer at the local juvenile detention facility.
