Collectively, we will develop a training regimen and work towards achieving personal goals with maximum accountability while increasing performance. If you are more invigorated and motivated alongside a friend or two, this is the training for you!

 

// ADULT 1 ON 1

This type of training is designed for those who have specific needs and goals that prefer working out alone. During sessions, partake in a customized fitness program with a focus on selected target areas. If you really want to zone in and maximize your session, this is the training for you!

// DC ELITE CHAMPS

ChampTime Fitness is a Sports Mentorship Program designed to help inner city youth evolve into their athletic potential through proper progressive strength & conditioning.
